HOW TO USE : MacFloc A350 - Power Anionic Polymer
Dissolve MacFloc A350 - Power Anionic Polymer with water and can make the 0.05 - 0.20% solution. Feeding the solution by metering pump at suitable point in the system. The dosage is normally 0.1 - 1.0 % against the suspended solid concentration in sludge.

Main Applications : MacFloc A350 - Power Anionic Polymer , Anionic Flocculant
1. Treatment of Industrial Waste Water: Particularly effictive in waste water from iron and steel mills,electroplating operations, metallurgical rocessing, and coal selection. Treated water contains large flocs and a high concentration of suspended positively charged solids.
2. Drinking Water Treatment: MacFloc A350 - Power Anionic Polymer is the suitable candidate due to its molecular weight. In most drinking water the content of silt and mineral matter and turbidity is high. Even though it goes through settling and filtration, it may not meet required specifications, so a flocculant is needed to get the water clarified. Previously many drinking water plants applied inorganic flocculants, but these don't work well enough, the dosing rate is high, and the resulting secondary sludge is increased. If MacFloc A350 - Power Anionic Polymer is employed, its efficiency is several times greater than an inorganic anionic flocculant, but the dosing rate is only 1/50 of the inorganic flocculant. Because the PAM produced by our company has a very low residual mononer polymer content (below 0.03%) they have very low toxicity, and can be regarded as food grade. Therefore, it is suitable for drinking water treatment. For river water, which is generally polluted by organic matter, treatment with MacFloc A350 - Power Anionic Polymer in conjunction with cationic polymer PAM will give better results. 3. Recovery of Starch and Distiller Grains in Starch and Alcohol Plants: Many starch plants discharge waste water containing a considerable amount of starch. Such waste water will pollute the environment if discharged without treatment. MacFloc A350 - Power Anionic Polymer can be used to flocculated such starch particles before going through a filter press to form the filter cake. This cake can be used for animal feed. Distillers grains from an alcohol plant can be treated in the same way.
